We are currently recruiting for a Screening Technician and an Occupational Health Advisor. Both roles are on a permanent, full-time basis.

Screening Technician

Job role

  • Provision of OH services for clients, mostly in the West Midlands, along with some clinics at our office in West Bromwich. There will be a requirement to travel further afield on occasion and this may involve an overnight stay.
  • Undertake screening activities at client sites, including Audiometry, Respiratory health, Tier 1 & 2 HAVS assessments, skin assessments and other types of medical evaluation. This list is not exhaustive.
  • Take part in vaccination campaigns.
  • Up to 40 hours per week, some of which could be evening or night visits.
  • Must hold a manual driving licence.

Occupational Health Advisor

Job role

  • Provision of OH services for clients mostly, in the West Midlands, along with some clinics at the office in West Bromwich.
  • There may also be the potential for some home-based work.
  • Provision of Full OH remit including Management referrals, Audiometry, Respiratory health, Hand Arm Vibration assessments, fitness to task medicals, Health promotion. This list is not exhaustive.
  • 40 hours per week (inclusive of breaks), some of which could be evening or night visits.
  • 3 Week structured induction programme, shadowing experienced practitioners in real life settings.
  • Must hold a manual driving licence. There may be a need to drive one of our mobile screening units on occasion (less than 3.5 tons).
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Office 365 products.

  • Salary: Registered Nurse with over two years’ post registration experience and no occupational health qualification £30,000.
