Workers who have disabilities face unique challenges that can easily be overlooked if their needs are not treated as a priority. That’s why we provide a range of solutions that make working life easier for people with disabilities. Some of these support measures are designed for new employees and others are for existing workers with a new disability. We tailor our services to your businesses needs so that you can better protect your workers.

Ergonomic assessments

DSE assessment

Display Screen Equipment assessments ensure that workers have a workstation that fits their needs. The assessment is compliant with Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations and when the assessment is complete, we provide you with a report detailing our findings and suggestions.

Workplace assessment

Workplace assessments take a comprehensive look at the work environment to identify ergonomic failures that could impact workers with disabilities. The aim is to find solutions that reduce the risk of injuries and illness. Our assessments are compliant with regulations and help you build a safer work environment for all.

Health assessments

Employment medicals

Medicals can help you identify any health issues a new employee has, so that you can make adjustments to support them in their new role. Some of the tests we conduct are audiometry, vision screening, spirometry, blood tests, mental health assessments and many more.

Fit to work assessment

When a worker suffers a new illness or injury causing disability, they might not be able to safely continue their job without additional support. Fit to work assessments assess their ability to continue their role and provide you with recommendations for ongoing support.

Long-term support

Health surveillance

In cases where there is a risk that a worker’s disability could deteriorate due to their work responsibilities, regular heath assessments play a role in detecting the early signs of that deterioration. The aim is to identify risks before they become serious problems, allowing you to take preventative action.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy helps to improve the quality of life for workers with disabilities. Programmes typically begin with an initial assessment, followed by five further assessments. If additional sessions are required, a case management review is held to identify the long-term needs of the worker.

Counselling

On-demand counselling ensures that workers with disabilities have an outlet for any mental health issues they are experiencing. Our one-to-one therapy sessions are delivered by a highly qualified mental health professional and designed to help workers get back to their best.
