Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese hands on healing art which aims to bring the body into harmony and balance by treating the whole person.
It is a deeply relaxing experience and regular sessions help to prevent stress building up.
How it works
Shiatsu is normally given with the receiver lying on a mat, although it can be given sitting in a chair or on a bench.
The receiver remains fully clothed and the therapist uses pressure from their hands to find out what’s working and then help that area.
Shiatsu can be used to help a range of problems including from back, neck and shoulders or RSI or simply to just relax.
