In one to one consultations, the therapist will discuss the issues affecting the employee before outlining the treatment involved, together with the benefits expected and any possible side effects.
In group sessions, the needs of all the participants are acknowledged and assessed at the outset to ensure the right levels of delivery.
Afterwards, the employee(s) will be asked to complete a satisfaction questionnaire to ensure their needs and expectations have been fully met.
