Course overview

This comprehensive course explores content delivered in the half day course in greater depth and also includes:

  • Additional coaching techniques to manage and work with the employee experiencing mental ill health
  • The less common mental health problems we can encounter in the workplace and what we can do
  • How increasing productivity the right way can reduce stress, worry and improve morale
  • Case law on mental health at work
